Field fault-handling loop and installation path
Top: a seven-step fault-handling loop. 1 Monitor network performance, 2 Detect faults and degradation, 3 Isolate the fault domain (for example radio, microwave or tower infrastructure), 4 Root-cause analysis, 5 Coordinate the fix with engineering, 6 Escalate and track through resolution, 7 Document site changes and equipment status, then back to monitoring.
